Get down to a flat area with no snow, and you will find the Cipher chest. Climb down the wall to a snowy cliffside and stick to the left until you find another cliff you can climb down. Go to where you meet Mimir, which can be accessed by the Mythic Gateway by traveling to the location named “The Summit.” From the Gateway, run-up to the big, circular platform and run to the right of the tree Mimir was once part of. One door has falling spikes, and the other has spinning saw blades. Once you reach the Temple proper through the main quest (the part of the game with all the death traps), you will go down an elevator and will find a door on either side and a Jotnar Shine against the wall. If there are spikes blocking it, throw your axe at the device to the left of where you docked your boat. The Lookout Tower is a location that you will need to row to in a boat found to the right of the bridge of Tyr’s Temple and to the left of the Muspelheim Realm Tower.
